Terms and Conditions for Vibrant Wellness Tests

By purchasing a test kit, you agree to the terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made.

Unless you are a current client, Isabela cannot offer guidance as to which test(s) are appropriate for you. Please see information provided to make the best decision for you based on your symptoms and situation.

Purchase of test kit DOES NOT INCLUDE health history evaluation, email correspondence, nutrition coaching or follow-up from Isabela. Purchase of this package does not make you an active client of Isabela or The Yogini Wellness.


The test interpretation consultation that is included in the price of the test must take place within 3 months of placing the order. It is your responsibility to schedule this appointment. Appointments scheduled after 3 months from purchase will not be honored.


Once The Yogini Wellness receives your test results, we will contact you to schedule your interpretation consult. You can access your test results immediately at that time.


Due to fees incurred when test is ordered, Isabela Fortes and The Yogini Wellness cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any test orders.

These tests are cash-pay only.

 

The Yogini Wellness does not participate in private insurance, nor can we offer super bills.

 

Tests are not available in New York state, or outside the U.S. 

We can only ship to residential or business addresses; we cannot ship test kits to PO boxes.

These tests may require a blood draw. Getting the lab draw is your responsibility. Depending on the location and lab, additional draw fees may be required. To search for a draw center in your area, please visit this site. If you cannot find a draw site in your area, please email Isabela BEFORE purchasing test kit. You may need to contact a traveling phlebotomist or ask your local physician to assist with blood draw.
