The Bomb - Super Food Power Balls Snack
Makes around 10 balls
This one is for the Mushroom lovers and super food enthusiasts out there.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
6 Tablespoons peanut butter (you may try with other nut butters and let me know! I would think tahini might taste great, but have not tried it yet...)
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoon collagen
2 Tablespoon Cacao Powder (i used this Cacao Powder with Reishi Mushroom but any one will work
2 tsp mushroom powder
1 tsp spirulina
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

HOW TO MAKE IT
Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients BUT the coconut flakes, save them for last.
Stir in the melted peanut butter/oil mix in bowl. Then add the shredded coconut. Roll into balls and refrigerate.
