Love Pecans but hate to bake? This is for you!
Ready in 15 minutes! Sooooo Yummie.
This is such an easy recipe to make and you can play around with the type of nuts you use.
HOW TO MAKE IT::
1 cup raw pecans
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup raw toasted coconut + 4 Tbsp crushed toasted coconut for rolling in
1/3 cup any nut or seed butter ( I prefer pecan butter)
1/3 cup raisins
1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 heaping Tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup almond flour
Optional: 3 medjool dates if you want a sweeter bliss ball
1. Blend everything in a vitamix blender or food processor
2. Roll into balls
3. Roll in coconut
4. Store in freezer or refrigerator
If batter is too wet: add 1 Tbsp at a time of more almond flour until you reach desired consistency
If batter is too dry: add 1 Tbsp of filtered water until you reach desired consistency
They will firm up too once placed in freezer or refrigerator
