CLASSIC BULLETPROOF COFFEE
Ingredients
8 oz fresh brewed coffee* (I like Kion Purity or Bulletproof since they are tested for mold)
1 tablespoon of either vanilla bean ghee, ghee or Kerrigold unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of MCT oil (I recommend bulletproof Brain Octane MCT oil)
How to prepare it
Blend it all together. (I use Nutribullet Blender or a Vitamix. It will not taste good if you just stir it all together, it does require a blender for a foamy and desirable consistency).
You might want to start with ½ tablespoon of the MCT oil until you get used to it, you may play around with less ghee as well. (Possible side effects are loose stools or the common side effects of poor fat digestion such as nausea or headaches, therefore, start slowly).
ADDITIONAL ADD ON’S to upgrade your bulletproof coffee (I highly recommend it!)
Collagen Peptides
Add 1 measurement of Collagen Peptides at the mix above.
My favorite is Vital Protein by far but BulletProof Collagen is also good.
*this recipe works very well with black tea or green tea as well as a replacement for coffee.
MOCHA
Add 1 tablespoon of organic cacao powder to the mix above.
ISABELA’S ADAPTOGEN BULLETPROOF COFFEE RECIPE
(see video)
I feel that the adaptogen herbs counter the jittery/anxious effects of the caffeine and add a beneficial “mindful” power to the mix.
Ingredients:
8 oz fresh brewed coffee (I like Kion Purity or Bulletproof coffee since they are tested for mold)
1 tablespoon of either vanilla bean ghee, ghee or Kerrigold unsalted butter.
1 tablespoon of MCT oil (I recommend bulletproof Brain Octane MCT oil)
1 measurement of Collagen Peptides. My favorite is Vital Protein but BulletProof Collagen Peptides is also good.
1 tsp Four Sigmatic Adaptogen Mushroom Blend or one of LifeCykel Mushroom instead of the Adaptogen blend if I need to focus, use code theyogini10 for 10% discount)
How to prepare it:
- Blend it all together. (I use a NutriBullet blender or Vitamix it will not taste good if you just stir it all together, it does require a blender for a foamy and desirable consistency).

MATCHA LATTE
Ingredients:
¼ to ½ cup hot water
1 measurement Vital Protein Collagen Protein Matcha, or
1 tsp Matcha Powder + Regular Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp raw local honey or Manuka Honey (my favorite) or Monk fruit Sweetener or Raw organic Stevia
1 cup coconut milk or Homemade Brazil Nut/Pepita Milk (see DIY video )
Optional ingredients:
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp organic spirulina powder (add some nutritional power!)
1 dropper LifeCykel cordyceps (use code theyogini10 for discount)
How to prepare it:
- Whisk or blend matcha powder into hot water. I find it easier to use my small Magic Bullet blender instead of whisking it. (Even if you serve it cold, you will need to dissolve the matcha tea in hot water before mixing the other ingredients),
- Add honey and milk of choice and blend it again,
- Serve hot or over ice.
BLACK TEA LATTE

8 oz organic green tea (my favorites are Pique Jasmine and Republic of Tea)
